Hello,
I logged in successfully a week ago, no problem. Never had the issue before.
This is ringing me a bell. If things were working before and you didn't touch anything, I suspect a change happened in your server configuration.
For the records, the security check token is a built-in feature of Joomla and it's just a mere 32 char random string. Its contents are checked with the ones stored inside the session created by Joomla, to avoid attackers guess it.
My hunch is that your hosting provider changed hardened the security rules, and doing that he actually broke your Joomla installation.
To triple check that this is not coming from Admin Tools (and it's not, I'm just asking you to run these steps since your hosting first level support will ask you to do so) please switch your .htaccess file to Joomla default one and
manually disable Admin Tools system plugin.
You should get the same error.
Then get in touch with your host and report the issue.
