Hello dear develppers,
Recently I found that Joomla doesn't show any new update information.
As I do not know about extensions update I couldnt realize that there is new update versions.
But after Joomla announced about new release 3.9.9 and then 3.9.10 I also didn't get update maintenance in Joomla Admin.

If I mannually want to update to new version it says you should update via Joomla core. But Joomla core shows no update available.

What should I change in security settings so that update start to show?
