Hi.
I received the below email messages and I can't understand what happened.

1st
A PHP Exception occurred on your site. Here you can find the stack trace:

Exception Type: JDatabaseExceptionConnecting

File: /home/......../public_html/libraries/joomla/database/driver/mysqli.php

Line: 173

Message: Could not connect to MySQL server.

2nd
A PHP Exception occurred on your site. Here you can find the stack trace:

Exception Type: Joomla\Filesystem\Exception\FilesystemException

File: /home/........./public_html/libraries/vendor/joomla/filesystem/src/File.php

Line: 126

Message: Joomla\Filesystem\File::delete: Failed deleting inaccessible file 1.joomla_update.php

I tried to find the meaning but without success.
Could you tell me what these messages mean?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

it means that two fatal errors happened to your site, triggered by visitors.
Admin Tools has a feature to intercept all of those fatal errors and report back to you, so you can inspect what happened and try to troubleshoot the problem.
You should have received a very detailed log, or you only got few lines?

Looking at the debug trace, it seems that those exceptions are caused by two different extensions:

  1. The first one seems to start from the com_sppagebuilder component. You should get in touch with them and report the issue to them
  2. The second one happens when Joomla tries to create a new log file for its internal logging. You should review your filesystem permission since it seems it can't create the file.
