Hi, I am unable to update my extension via Joomla. I have read the other support tickets and did the clear cache/rebuild updates again and again to no avail. How to proceed? I know I can manually update but I would rather fix the auto updater please.

Based on the URL that gives you the error, you have not entered your Download ID in Akeeba Backup, Admin Tools and Akeeba Ticket System. Please go to https://www.akeebabackup.com/instructions.html and follow the instructions for each component.

After you enter the Download IDs you will need to once more clear the update cache and fetch updates again (Joomla caches the download URL, currently missing the necessary download ID, until you do that).

Hi, thanks for the reply. I did make sure many times that the download ID was correct though?

Based on the URL in the error message there is no download ID provided. I can only tell you what I see in the information you provided.
