If this kind of security exception repeats itself, please log in to your site's back-end and add this IP address to your Admin Tools's Web Application Firewall feature in order to completely block the misbehaving user.

My question is where exactly must I add the IP address?

Wow! I am in the very unusual position of disagreeing with the documentation. Even if this was an attack, it has been blocked. Your site is not in any danger from whatever the visitor was trying to do.

I would recommend setting up the auto block feature and let the system handle it. Auto block will temporarily block an IP address that triggers a security exception too many times in a given time period. Further, it can be set to permanently block an IP address that has been temporarily blocked too many times - a habitual offender.
