Hello, is there a way to block this domain or add something to the firewall or .htaccess to block this site? Perhaps add something to the user agent blocking?

Would you like to elaborate more on that? Is that domain appearing on a Referer or a User Agent?
If it's a user agent you can simply add this to the bad user agents list and enabled that feature in the .htaccess Maker (assuming you're asking me because you're using the .htaccess Maker).
If it's a Referer, you can add the following custom code to the .htaccess:
If the domain appears neither in the Referer header nor the user agent string there's really nothing you could do. If there's no Referer you can't possibly tell where the remote client found the link to your site.
If it's a user agent you can simply add this to the bad user agents list and enabled that feature in the .htaccess Maker (assuming you're asking me because you're using the .htaccess Maker).
If it's a Referer, you can add the following custom code to the .htaccess:
RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} mycheaptraffic\.com [NC]
RewriteRule .* - [F]If the domain appears neither in the Referer header nor the user agent string there's really nothing you could do. If there's no Referer you can't possibly tell where the remote client found the link to your site.
