I have begun using the .htaccess Maker inside Admin Tools. The site is run completely over HTTPS, so I enabled HSTS. However, since doing that, many of the resources are being loaded from the web server instead of the CDN. If I disable HSTS, then the resources load from the CDN, again. They're using HTTPS in either case. (Note: I am using "CDN for Joomla!" to rewrite all of the resources to the CDN.)
