#29930 Problems with Frontend Editing and Easy Profile

Hi

We have some Members and they should can edit theire user Profiles. (With Easy Profile)
One Member reported he has always an Error Message when he tried to edit his profile and used the Submit- Button.

In my Office i was not able to reproduce this. But at Home: the same Problem.
When i switched off the Admin Tools Plugin, i was able to Edit a Profile and Submit the Form.
Wehre exactly can i avoid this behaviour?

Hello,

after triggering the exception, can you please get inside the Security Exception Log page and review the cause of the block?
I suspect there's something triggering a security exception.

Hi Davide

Thanks for helping. I think i got it. It seems it was the "Disable creating / editing backend users from the frontend" from Configure WAF > Hardening Options. I disabled it and now it works.

Yes, that's was my hunch and my suggestion would it be to turn that protection off.
