Maybe this a Joomla 3.8.10 issue, but I searched the Joomla forum and did not see a report about this issue (yet?). After upgrading from 3.8.8 to 3.8.10 I noticed that logging out of administration provoked a security exception for my IP (and those of collaborators).
I cannot put my IP, nor that of collaborators on the whitelist to be sure no exception is generated because the only provider in this little village that offers a comfortable stable connection, asks stupid prices for a fixed IP.
Could you confirm if this is an Admin tools issue or not?
