I upload the pakage, then i receive a message that say that admin tools is not protecting my site and asks me for start the wizard and then... An error has occurred.

I suspect you have a partial install of Admin Tools.
Please install Admin Tools twice in a row, without uninstalling it.
That should fix your issue.
