I can tell you for sure that this message does not come from Admin Tools. Per your error message the issue comes from the RSS feed portion of a component. None o our software has RSS feeds. I can't tell you which component is causing this because you removed the part after /components/ in the error message. That part you removed tells you which is the affected component.
However, it's not the component's fault. Being a developer with lots of experience I can tell what the problem is: a third party plugin is conflicting with non-HTML views (such as raw, feed, JSON and so on), forcing Joomla to treat them as HTML views. This breaks the software which relies on being able to add items to non-HTML views. The problem is that I can't tell you which plugin does that since there's no immediate error message leading us to it. You have to start disabling system, user and content plugins not shipped with Joomla, one by one, to see which is causing the conflict.
