Reading other tickets on this subject you are advicing phoca downloads or Docman but also found your advice to make this impossible through the htacessmaker and than specifically the item 'protect against clickjacking'
Position now is that with the correct url anyone can access a file and I want to prevent that.

Hello,

if you want to restrict the view or the download of a file to specific users, the only solution is to use a download component.
Using the .htaccess file is possible to give full access or no access to an URL, you can't configure it on per-user basis.
