Hi, I have been getting these notices for IP Addresses. Should I be concerned?

See attached

The bad news is that someone is trying to hack your site. The good news is they're not going to succeed.

The exploit they are trying to use works by uploading executable code in the from IP address of the header, then tricking older versions of Joomla! to execute the code. Your up-to-date version of Joomla! is not susceptible to the exploit and Admin Tools stopped it anyway. You can sleep like a baby.
