After I recovered the website the Admin Tools is not disabled, but I can still log in with just the user and password! I don't need the long code to log in as I had to use before the recovery!

Should I reset the Admin Tools?

I am not sure what is the "long code" you are referring to. Can you provide more details? Where did you use that code?
