Hi,
My client cannot access his website - although it's ok everywhere else. My guess is it's his IP which is being blocked, so I have whitelisted it (and turned the feature on) but he still cannot access the site. Instead he gets a Error: 403 message which when he uses the link with his email address it simply takes him back to the same message.
I've unpublished Admin Tools temporarily, which then allows him access but I cannot see where it's blocking his IP when I turn it back on again.
I've been into exceptions and cleared any IPs from there and also unpublished the GeoIP plugin - all of which I got ideas from checking out other similar issues.
I can't think what else to do, so your help would be much appreciated.

Hello,

most likely your customer is blocked by the GeoIP block feature.
In order to disable it, you don't have to unpublish the GeoIP plugin: you have to get inside Admin Tools, Geo Block page and allow more countries.
I recommend you to disable the GeoIP feature since it's not an exact science and as you can see false positives are very common.

Hi David,
Thanks for your swift reply.
I'd already tried that but have now solved this as I found the client's IP address in the Site IP Blacklist. It was right at the other end (i.e. descending) and I rather thought it would be on the first page - oops!
