My client cannot access his website - although it's ok everywhere else. My guess is it's his IP which is being blocked, so I have whitelisted it (and turned the feature on) but he still cannot access the site. Instead he gets a Error: 403 message which when he uses the link with his email address it simply takes him back to the same message.
I've unpublished Admin Tools temporarily, which then allows him access but I cannot see where it's blocking his IP when I turn it back on again.
I've been into exceptions and cleared any IPs from there and also unpublished the GeoIP plugin - all of which I got ideas from checking out other similar issues.
I can't think what else to do, so your help would be much appreciated.
