Hi,

I'm receiving an error as attachment when doing the eCommerce payment. After complete payment, when the return URL i'm getting that error.
Which part of admin tool that i need to check/reconfigure to solve/avoid the issue since when i'm disabling the admin tools there is no error as attachment.

Thanks in advance for your guide.

The error itself doesn't tell us anything. There would be a corresponding entry in the Security Exceptions Log, please post that message here and we can figure out what sort of exception we need to set up.

Here is the security exception log.

In Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF, on the Cloaking tab, please make sure that "ajax" is in the "List of allowed tmpl= keywords " field. I didn't get that from the log, I just know Hikashop requires it.

Already have the ajax in there sir.

I got excited because "ajax" was the only thing I had to do to my Hikashop to get it running. Clearly not all shops are the same.

Let's go to Web Application Firewall, WAF Exceptions, click New, then put "com_hikashop" in the Component field. Leave the other two blank because we're getting errors from multiple views, we can't limit the exception any farther. That should take care of it.

Thanks Dale. It solved my current issue. Only need to put com_hikashop on WAF Exceptions.
