I am sure you are tired of getting so many similar questions. But I have just one more.
I am using RSFORM together with their plugin for paypal. I believe this is very similar to other payment situations
where paypal is blocked to send code a payment has been made Similar issue
Since this is NOT a store thing ie: VM I am unsure what the syntax for editing the htaccess would be for rsform.
I was curious if you knew the correct line I need to place in the allowed exceptions for my simple form and rs form componet / plugin ? etc to allow.
The only thing I could come up with was: plugins/system/rsfppaypal/rsfppaypal.php
Just not sure if am correct? or need something else

Let's not assume that the problem is in .htaccess, WAF exceptions are easier. Go to plugins and disable System - Admin Tools. Does the problem still occur? If it does, it's in .htaccess. If not, check the Security Exceptions Log to see what is being blocked. Please post the entire block message here and we can craft an exception to permit it. Don't forget to enable Admin Tools, we don't want it turned off any longer than necessary.

If the problem really is in .htaccess, go to Joomla!'s Global Settings page and set error reporting to "development". Then try to recreate the error. We're trying to get it to tell us what file is being blocked. Once again, don't leave that set to development any longer than necessary.

If you don't get any more information, we will need to check the server's error log to see what file is being blocked.

Will do and see what happens, shows. Is a pain to test because need to do a payment each time ... :)
