I'm trying the update the default error message which reads:

"403 This request is blocked by Admin Tools. Please change the message in the component's options. If you are the administrator of this site and have blocked yourself on accident please visit..."

Strictly speaking, I do not see any affordance under the component options for customization of this error message.

In your "Rescue Mode" documentation, you state,
"You can customize this information message by creating a standard Joomla! language override for the translation string ADMINTOOLS_BLOCKED_MESSAGE_RESCUEINFO."

Visiting the Joomla Language Overrides, Joomla cannot find any constant named, "ADMINTOOLS_BLOCKED_MESSAGE_RESCUEINFO"

Please advise.

On another note, as friendly and helpful as this once was, you may want to remove your 2017 holiday messaging at the bottom of this support ticket submission page which states:

Unavailability: Our company will be closed December 22nd, 2017 19:00 EET to December 28th, 2017 09:00 EET due to Christmas holidays. Furthermore, we will be closed December 29th, 2017 19:00 EET to January 3rd, 2018 09:00 EET due to New Year's holidays. During that time our support will be closed for new tickets and replies. Hello,

I'm trying the update the default error message
You can change that inside the Configure WAF page, tab Customisation. There you can put your text in the Custom message field.

Regarding the string ADMINTOOLS_BLOCKED_MESSAGE_RESCUEINFO, you have to create it, it's currently undefined so you can customize it in any way you want. Just add some text and you should see the new text coming up.

Finally, thank for the hint about the site! We really forgot to remove the warning :)
