This setting only applies in very specific circumstances. The default setting is usually right, but not 100% of the time.

Take a look at your Security Exceptions Log, if you have real public IP addresses in the log, the setting is fine, either it is set correctly or your server doesn't need it. If you see only private IP addresses, 192.168.xxxx.xxx or 10.1.xxx.xxx, then the setting is wrong and we need to change it. That's no big deal, the setting is in Configure WAF, on the first tab.
