Hi, I have Admin Tools installed on one of my sites and I'm having problems with the user manager. I am not able to save changes made in user manager. I have disabled 'editing backend users' properties' but this still has not helped. Can you advise any other fixes

can you please be more specific? What's the error you are receiving?
Do you get a 403 error or something else?

Hi Davide,

Thanks for your reply. I am not getting any error. The buttons just hang. and there is no way out on the top menu other than through J2 store menu.

Can you please share a screenshot?
Moreover, can you please try to disable Admin Tools plugin and see if the same problem still occurs? I suspect it's not caused by Admin Tools software.

screen shot is attached. I have also just tried to disable the Admin Tools plugin but got a 403 error

I'm sorry, in order to be allowed to disable Admin Tools plugin, you'll have to change the option Protect against deactivation to No inside the Configure WAF page.

Hi, I have disabled the plugin and still have the same issue so it looks like the issue is not caused by Admin Tools.
