Hello,

On my local Joomla site, I cannot see both the options :
"Permissions configuration" and "Fix permissions"

Hello,

Are you using Windows? If so, that's the expected behavior.
Such features are available only under Unix systems (Linux and MacOS), since Windows doesn't have any concept about "permissions".
