I’m maintaining a 1.5 site that will be replace with a new Joomla — The site is sending mail to china (seem to be when I use Acymailing) — Do you have a way to block that type of problems ?

There are LOTS of security problems with Joomla! versions that old. There is a significant possibility that the site is hacked.

Admin Tools really can't block outbound connections, it is more focused on inbound. There really isn't any function that will help you.
