referring to #23633 – can't create new superuser

I am having the same problem. The part I don´t understand is: what do you mean with "contact your host for clearing the site cache"?

What I know about is the browser cache and the site cache within Joomla, to be found under "SYSTEM>CLEAR CACHE"

There is no other cache, which is administered by the host, right?

the option you're looking for is Monitor Super users, you can find it inside WAF Configuration page.
Please set it to No, we're going to remove such feature in the next release.
