Hi ,

I have two super users administering my website at the moment. One is in the UK and one is in Spain. The UK user has no problem accessing the back end but the Spain user is receiving and Authorization Required Error when trying to login in the back end. I have no secret URL pram set and I have added his IP to the whitelist. Can you advise on what I need to do to allow him access

Thanks

Graham

Hello,

did you enable the Protect your Joomla backend with a password feature?
If so, you should use the same username/password, or disable such feature.

If you didn't enable it, you should contact your host, since sometimes they force some kind of authorization if they think there's something unusual (ie super user logging in from another country).
