Hello,
I have Admin tools installed together with Hikashop cart component.
Hikashop's latest version has included infinite scroll as an alternative way to list products items.
But with admin tools enabled this feature is not working and it produces the following error:

Error message: This request is blocked by Admin Tools. Please change this message in the components' options {RESCUEINFO]

I attached screenshots with the error page and my WAF configuration.

We had discussed this issue with Nicolas of HikaShop in April 2017. The problem is that he was doing AJAX requests using tmpl=ajax (or something like that) and a hard die in his code instead of just using format=raw and exiting the application gracefully. Have you update HikaShop? If you have, please contact HikaShop and aks them to finally fix this issue that was first reported to them in March 2017. I would say that a small change like that -which solves an architectural shortcoming in their software- needs far less than 9 months to be applied.

Thanks for your quick answer Nicholas!

I sent a ticket to hikashop support and wait for their answer.
However, in case they will not provide me with an updated code what are my further options?

For example, are there any WAF settings that could face the problem?
I still want to keep admin tools enabled even with a slightly less protection.

If they tell you what parameters (tmpl=WHICH, template=WHAT) we can come up with exceptions for HikaShop. I honestly don't remember the exact parameters after 9 months. I just remember the conversation I had with Nicolas in person during JoomlaDay Norway with the conclusion being that he'd fix it soon.
