Britt,

You need to look at the Security Exceptions Log to see what errors are being created. You can search for just that IP address to make it easy. Then delete all the entries. Next delete that IP from the Auto Ban List and Auto Ban History. You have to get all three to reset the IP address.

Please let me know what error is keeping her out and we'll see how to stop it.

You can use the "Never block" list, but the IP address has to be fixed, it won't work with dynamic IP addresses.
