In backend I can only see 3 buttons under "Security" and only 9 buttons under "Tool". I used to have a lot more buttons, like "Web application firewall" and a lot more.

please double check you have installed the Pro version of Admin Tools.
If you are sure, please install Admin Tool Pro twice in a row, without uninstalling it. That should fix your issue.
