Your version of Akeeba Backup is woefully out of date. You should not be using that old version for several reasons:

  • Your extremely old version is vulnerable to security issues we have fixed in the meantime. While none of them can be immediately used to compromise your site, having them lying around for 4 years may create such an opportunity for an adequately determined opponent.
  • Your version predates Joomla! 3.7's existence by more than three years. We simply cannot write software that will be compatible with a future version of Joomla! that has not yet been written.
  • Your version predates the existence of MariaDB 10.1 by three years. Again, we cannot write software that will be compatible with a version of the database server that's not yet been written.

The solution to your problem is to update a.s.a.p. For your information, the current version of Akeeba Backup at the time of this writing is 5.6.0.

Finally note that you are subscribed only to Admin Tools. You cannot request support for Akeeba Backup with your subscription type. Thank you for your understanding!
