Hello,

Hopefully, this is a quick one for you. In the Auto IP Blocking History section, the blocked until date is given as a date in 2006. Does this matter? If it does, how can I change it.

I couldn't find the answer online.

does it happen to all records or to just one?
Can you please take a look at the blocking options inside the WAF configuration page? What's the value for the field Block for this long?

The Block for this long value is 99999.
Is that ok?

That's too large!
One day is usually enough: if the same IP is found to raise too many security exceptions, it will automatically added to the IP Blacklist (and will be blocked forever).

Please set it to 1 day and try again, your issue should be fixed for the new users.
