This is a partial installation of the Akeeba FOF library (fof30). You will need to manually repair the installation.
  • Download a copy of one of our components, e.g. Akeeba Backup or Admin Tools.
  • Extract it.
  • Find the lib_fof30.zip file.
  • Extract it.
  • Rename the extracted folder fof to fof30.
  • Upload the fof30 folder into your site's libraries folder so now you have a libraries/fof30 folder.

Thanks for the quick response.

There was a change/improvement but it is not working yet the log now records

Well, if it isn't the fof30 library, it must be a problem in Admin Tools itself. First, we need to disable Admin Tools with the instructions here: https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/troubleshooter/atwafissues.html. That will allow you to log in to the back end of your site.

Next, install Admin Tools twice, back to back, without doing anything else in between. Do not uninstall Admin Tools, that will clear all your settings and logs.
