Hi,
A F T E R (!) logging out from my backend I got this message: <You are a spammer, hacker or an otherwise bad person. If you are the administrator of this site and have blocked yourself on accident please visit https://www.kerschbaumerhof.com/administrator/[email protected] where [email protected] is the email address of your (Super User) account.>
After I klicked on the link in my e-mail, I got this message: Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten!
0 Class 'FOF30\Utils\Ip' not found
What is to do?
Thanks, Werner

Hello,

first of all manually disable Admin Tools plugin, then you should be able to login inside your backend.
Here install Admin Tools twice in a row, without uninstalling it. That will fix the Class not found error.
Then get inside the Security Exception page and look at the reason of the block and post it here, so we can help you.

Please note: do not click on the button Unlock my IP. Doing that will remove all records tied to your IP, so we won't know the reason of the block.

Thanks,
I did what you suggested. Unfortunately I clicked on <Unlock my IP> before receiving your answer.
Everything is working fine up to now.
Thanks again,
Werner
