#28294 Can't access backend with new super user account

i try to create new superuser for my client backend access,
in order not to interfere with old super-user account,

when my client try to access in his own PC, the backend keep saying this
but it keep saying "username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet"

what is wrong here ?

Hello,

please double check the username and the password.
Admin Tools does not interfere with the login process: if you can access the login form, then everything is handled by Joomla itself.
Please review the username and password and the permissions of such user.

Hi thanks for the answer,

In my client PC, they can login into 1st password screen
But in the 2nd password screen, they can't access the backend (even with same super user credentials as me)

In my mac, it went okay, but in my client pc is always like this. (please see the attachment)

Please help...

Again, that's not related to Admin Tools. If you reach the login form, you're good to go.
If you want to be 100% sure, please disable Admin Tools System plugin and replace the current .htaccess file with Joomla default one.
In this way you have completely disabled Admin Tools. If you still have the issue, it means that's something else.
Maybe in the other browsers/PC you have enabled password form filling? They are really aggressive, so they could change the text you just typed into something different.

found the trouble, it's in the auto fill password in the browser,
now it's working fine
