Blank screen on login to back end. I can access back end using URL history (anything with ?option= etc.)

When I turn on error reporting I get this:


Warning: require_once(/home/edwardpeck/public_html/administrator/components/com_admintools/models/storage.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/edwardpeck/public_html/plugins/quickicon/atoolsjupdatecheck/atoolsjupdatecheck.php on line 130

It appears that when you update Admin Tools from version 3.x Joomla forgot to update one of the plugins. Please delete the folder plugins/quickicon/atoolsjupdatecheck and then install Admin Tools twice in a row, without uninstalling it before or on between, to force Joomla! into updating all of the plugins that come with the Admin Tools component.
