It seems that there is an attack from 185.62.239.196 ip and my admin tools autoban that ip. But when this ip is autobanned my site always displays the message "You're a spammer hacker ....", no matter what your ip is. The same thing occurs if you add that ip to blacklist. The site becomes inaccessible with the message "You're a spammer hacker ....". I have to delete the related record from ipautoban table in phpmyadmin to make my site accessible but the next day the same thing occurs.

You need to change the value of the IP Workarounds setting. Go to Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF, the setting is on the first tab. Usually the setting that Admin Tools recommends is right, but not always. Some server setups can fool it.
