I am experiencing a very strange thing, when I try to access the Administrator backend, frenzcardgames.com/administrator, it redirects to the frontend. I can't access the admin. I have contacted my host, SiteGround, and they said it is related to the CSRF protection instructing me to "Please go to Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, Configure WAF, Active Request Filtering and set "CSRF/Anti-spam form protection (CSRFShield)" to No." Unfortunately I can't get to the backend to manage it and turn it off.

I have never experienced this before and use Admin Tools in other sites. Can you help?
