 I'm trying to migrate my server with my sites on Debian8

I installed Joomla 3.7.2

I install any of the components (AkeebaBackup or AdminToolsPro) - there are no errors.
Once I install the second component, I get a 500-error from one of the components

The errors you are getting are very strange. They are not like any of the other post install errors that I've seen.
  1. First, clear your browser cache, close your browser and restart it. Try the page in a private session. That does not fit the error you are getting, but clearing the cache is standard procedure after a Joomla! update.
  2. You are getting errors from both Admin Tools and Akeeba Backup. What they have in common is the FOF30 library. We have had a lot of problems with the Joomla! installer and the update to the FOF30 library. Once again, that isn't what the error message says. Let's do a manual update of the FOF30 library:

    * Download a copy of one of our components, e.g. Akeeba Backup.
    * Extract it.
    * Find the lib_fof30.zip file.
    * Extract it.
    * Rename the extracted folder fof to fof30.
    * Upload the fof30 folder into your site's libraries folder so now you have a libraries/fof30 folder.

* cache cleared
* ie11 launched InPrivate mode
* old fof30 was deleted
* lib_fof30.zip from pkg_akeeba-5.4.0-core.zip was extracted and moved to /libraries

error repeated when i try to select in admin-panel components/AdminTools

Please go to the Joomla! Global Configuration screen and turn off caching.

Cache in global configuration not activated(see att)

dlb
The "can't redeclare" error is caused by a code cache in PHP. Please check to see if the cache is enabled in PHP and, if so, purge it.
