When I updated both Akeeba Backup vs
5.6.30

And;

Akeeba Admin tools 4.2.0

It updated OK, but gave this warning as follows.

Not sure if that is a real issue or ok.

Hello,

I suspect your Joomla database is not completely up to date.
Please get inside Extensions > Manage > Database and click on the Fix button.
Then install Akeeba extensions twice in a row. In this way you should be sure everything is working correctly.
