 Hi, i tested my site with a crawler and i noticed that for every url it found a second url with # in the end.
I want to ask you if this raises any seo issues and if it does how it can be avoided like we avoid the urls with / and without / in the end.

Hello,

the pound sign (#) is an HTML feature that means the URL you are visiting points to a specific element inside the page: the browser will scroll to such element. You can find more info on this page.
So, to answer your original question, you can simply ignore it, since every valid URL will be still valid if you add # and then some string after that, for example: www.akeebabackup.com/#justatest
