Hello, when I active web application firewall. Geografic blocking in all countries except spain, google can not access the site or sitemap. How can I correct it? Thanks

The Google servers are not located in Spain. You will need to allow the country where Google is located to access your site. I assume Google has servers everywhere, but this problem usually happens when clients block USA.
