#27312 Admin-Tools fail to whitelist googlebot and therefore cause adwords to block our ads

Exceptions under WAF-Configuration was ".googlebot.com,.search.msn.com,yahoo.com,.google.com", but adwords (they use googlebot) still were not able to crawl my site. Therefore all of our ads were blocked.
I hav only one chance to correct the settings, otherwise wer are blocked permanentely.
Adwords-Sopport could not give me any other advice and also could not gve me any IPs to whitelist.

Remember that the feature you are referring to whitlists domains but you are talking about what AdWords is using as a user agent. These are apples and broccoli (not even apples and oranges).

What you should do is tell us what is the security exceptions you get, what are the IP addresses you see so far, what is the reason and what is the Target URL. This will let us understand what is blocked and why it's blocked.

Side note: when you filled in the PHP version you entered "Linux 004.w.1.fge 2.6.32-504.8.1.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Fri Dec 19 12:09:25 EST 2014 x86_64". This is NOT your PHP version. This is the version information of your server's Linux kernel. The PHP version can be found in System, System Information. PHP Information. It's the number printed in very large type at the top of the page next to the PHP logo.
