Hi Nicholas
Not sure why you closed my ticket off when its not resolved.
I am aware that Sucuri and Admin Tools is different.
My theory is that something in the htaccess file that admin tools is creating is causing sucuri to throw a false positive and thought you may know what is causing it. I think this because when I delete the .htaccess file, sucuri scan comes back clean, and then if I create the htaccess file again using Admin Tools sucuri scan shows as infected again.

You have a problem with SUCURI telling you your site is insecure. We are not Sucuri. I cannot possibly tell you why a THIRD PARTY COMPANY is doing something. It is very obvious from your description that Sucuri is issuing a FALSE POSITIVE. This is a problem with Sucuri, not Admin Tools. Again, we are NOT Sucuri. You need to ask Sucuri to fix their service.

I am therefore closing this issue because:
- The actual problem (false positive) lies with Sucuri, not Admin Tools.
- The use of the .htaccess Maker increases the security of your site. These rules are not unique to the .htaccess Maker, most of them were lifted off my Master .htaccess and published in Joomla's official documentation as well. Therefore it's very clearly Sucuri's problem that they didn't test their software against this recommended set of security enhancing rules.
- We do not provide support when someone is using two or more security solutions at the same time because it's impossible to prove that we are not elephants, i.e. that someone else's software is in fact to blame for what you are experiencing (which is exactly what is going on here).

For these reason I am closing this ticket, again. Do not open another ticket about this issue with us. Do contact Sucuri and ask them to fix their solution.
