 Hi Nicholas,

From one problem dropping in the next. Maybe you can help.

Had an issue where extension RSSeo did not lost stored info and as cannot solve it the developer asked for super admin rights. I don't give that normally as too many protections, so he asked to make a clone from the site and let him have admin and ftp access. Made Akeeba backup, restored with kickstart in a folder in a higher directory.

Threw .htaccess in main and administrator folder, can access, but . . . not everything. Global configuration does not appear, super admin cannot be changed (or made extra one) and admin tools gives error an every category.

Any idea where it went wrong? Site in original folder was https (with certificate ), the new folder is not SSL, but . . . cannot put that off. Tried in configuration.php to put value on 0 but no effect. Changed all paths to new location, also no effect.

Any clever suggestion.

Ciao,

JohnB
Hi Nicholas (or Davide),

Forget the question, I did something . . . stupid! As creating backups and restoring keychain remembered a non super administrator password and during logging in . . . did not notice that. Ahhhhh stupid, of course could not access many things. Sorry guys . . . will close the ticket also!
