I messed up - I just installed Akeeba Admin tools on all three of my websites and changed the Firewall settings. Now I am get the message, that I am a bad person or a hacker whenever I even try to visit the Backend. Help please.

You can disable Admin Tools via FTP or your host's file manager with the instructions here: https://www.akeebabackup.com/documentation/troubleshooter/atwafissues.html.
Those instructions will also tell you how to clear the block from your IP address. If you have any trouble with it, please let me know.
