 I am having issues with .htacess maker I cannot save any changes I get an error message like this.

This means that you have a broken database table. We can try to fix it. The plan is to uninstall and reinstall Admin Tools: uninstalling will remove the broken table and reinstalling will create it afresh. We're going to export your settings before uninstallation and re-import them upon reinstallation to make sure you don't lose anything. Please make sure that you follow all of the following steps in the order presented.

First go to Components, Admin Tools and click on Export Settings. In the next page click the Export Settings button n the toolbar. Keep the downloaded admintools_settings.json file somewhere safe. We'll need it later.

Now go to Extensions, Manage, Manage. In the Search box type admin tools package and click the search button to its right. When the page reloads check the box next to the only result and then click the Uninstall button in the toolbar.

Go to Extensions, Manage, Install. Reinstall Admin Tools. Ignore the message about it not being set up yet.

No go to Components, Admin Tools and click on Import Settings. Use the Browse button to locate the admintools_settings.json file you downloaded previously. Then click the Import Settings button in the toolbar.

Now you should be able to configure anything in Admin Tools just fine, including the .htaccess Maker.

I tried this and when I Tried to open and save an update in geolocation I again get similar error. See attachment. How can I completely uninstall this and remove all from database for akeeba and start 100% fresh. I do not mine doing the settings again if it will fix the issue.

All of the configuration of the Web Application Firewall and the .htaccess/NginX/web.config Maker ends up in the same database table, #__admintools_storage. There is always just one record in that table. Based on the error you are getting something is seriously wrong with your database! When we ask Joomla to replace the record in the table your database thinks that the record doesn't exist so Joomla tries to create a new one. However, since the record does exist the database then throws an error.

Try the same thing as before BUT right after uninstalling and before reinstalling take a look at your database with phpMyAdmin or a similar tool. There should be no tables with _admintools_ in their name. If there are, delete them. If they can't be deleted ask your host to delete them. Then proceed with the rest of the instructions.

If that still doesn't work try uninstalling and reinstalling Admin Tools without re-importing your settings (you already have the file with the exported settings, so it's not a big deal). If that still doesn't work after trying to change parameters in the Web Application Firewall, GeoBlocking and .htaccess Maker a few times in a row I'd suggest taking a look at your Joomla caching settings. Try disabling the cache. If that worked then your problem is with Joomla's database driver (I've never seen it myself but I know that it's a theoretical possibility based on my knowledge of how the code works). If turning off the cache doesn't work, or if the cache was already turned off, you'll have to contact your host because that'd be an indication that something really weird is going on with the database server.
