 Im having some issues here, first off I try logging into to administrator with my credentials and it takes me back to the home page not admin page. So im sensing I need go to plugins and change the file main.php to main-disable.php so I can access admin. That works, but then I get a 404 - Article not found.

I look at my error log page and see this..

Ok I tried taking off the www and got logged in. So this must have something to do with my SSL?

You can enable the redirect from www to non-www in .htaccess Maker. It is towards the bottom of the page. I don't think your SSL is part of it.
