Admin Tools

#26894 backend 500 error but front end is not affected. I did a search. Was alredy having some issues with showing me as a spammer, but ip is not blacklisted any where an I am in whitelist and always allowed. No active areas blocked

 I have admin tools on many sites, but managed to get blocked from this one at http://nhcla.com when I changed the plug in to drop users who had never logged in. On saving the plugin, it went to a 500 page. http 500 error.
My IP is blocked nowhere in admin and I am listed in whitelist and always allow.
Not sure what to do now.

I got in after about 30 minutes.
still, when trying t6o change settings in admin, I get kicked out as a spammer when using any for of save.

How long is your auto ban block? If it times out after 15 minutes, then it makes sense. If you are getting the "you are a spammer..." message, you're banned. Please take a look at the Security Exceptions Log to see why your IP is being blocked.

We have had trouble with the default WAF Blacklist settings on some servers. The two default blacklist items are for a vulnerability in older Joomla! versions. Since you're running the latest, you can disable both of those items in the WAF Blacklist.
