I got used to put IPs on my blacklist, but I am not able to hadle following (see the att.).

Could you provide me a help or a short explination?

You can safely ignore it. This is an attempt to exploit an old vulnerability that me and my developer, Davide, fixed in Joomla! itself last year on December 23rd and 24th, 2015. The attacker is spoofing their IP and replacing it with malicious data designed to make Joomla! give them super user access. Admin Tools is catching that and preventing it from happening. The downside is that we can't permanently block the attacker because their IP is spoofed.

As I said, nothing to worry about. Not only your Joomla! version is not vulnerable to this security issue, Admin Tools is already catching that anyway.
