 Hi Support,

I have a strange issue. I think is't since we have installed RSFormPro.
Sometimes we get a massage from watchful that the site is down. This takes place both night and day.
I did some investigation and turned of the CRSF shield and allows site templates to NO.
But this morning at 10 AM after a week without errors I get the massage that the site was down.
So I went to the site and I saw this only massage on the white screen (see image 1):

jos-Error: Dit verzoek is geblokkeerd door Admin Tools. Verander dit bericht in de opties van de component.

In English I think it's:
jos-Error: This request was blocked by Admin Tools. Change this entry in the options of the component.

When I inspect the page I saw this error (see image 2 en 3):
Failed to load resouce: the server respond with a status of 404 (Artikel not Found) https://domain.nl/favicon.ico

So I looked to the favicon.ico but the rights are 644 and that's oké I think.

I also looked at the Security Exception Logs but the last time that there was a exception it was more than a hour before 10 AM
(see image 4)

I also looked at the users at the backend and the last visit was more then a day ago.

When I went to the back-end and I cleared the cache the site game up and also the error was gone when I looked with inspect element.

I hope you have an idea how I can fix this issue.

Hello,

I was able to connect to your site just fine.
What's the value of the option Use IP workaround? Can you please try to set it to Yes?

Yes, 99% of the day the sites looks fine. But sometime we get this error.

Oké I turned the Use IP workaround to YES
(We indeed use a Varnish cache on this site)

Hopefully it will help.
