I have correct e-mail address in field "Email this address on successful backend login", but I do not receive any notfication when I login.

Can you send any other kind of email from your site to that email address? Try logging in to back-end and go to Users, Mass Mail Users. If that didn't work you need to change your Joomla email settings.
If that worked then the problem is that your email server or your email client think the email sent by Admin Tools is spam. The easiest way to fix that is go to Components, Admin Tools, Web Application Firewall, Email Templates and change the email for the "adminloginsuccess" reason. Try changing both the Subject and the Body.
