My techie intentionally "broke" admintooslpro by deleting its directory. The site came back and worked fine.
Over the course of the past year, we have had security issues which the WAF inside admintoolpro WOULD have protected against. So I decided when it was time to renew my subscription a couple weeks ago, to take a new download and re-install it.
The re-install went OK but I noticed the MASTER PASSWORD to access the WAF remained from a year earlier! It was as though the info had been stored somewhere other than the admintoolspro directory.
My techies want to know exactly how to totally strip AdminToolsPro from the site so we can do a clean install of it.
